PPSR website unavailable on Monday evenings
The PPSR is scheduled for routine maintenance every Monday evening and is unavailable during this time.
Section 138 of the PPSA provides that the Registrar is able to refuse access to the register or otherwise suspend the operation of the register, in whole or part, if he considers that it is not practical to provide any service or services relating to the register.
When this maintenance is carried out the Registrar will post a message on the website advising when the site is expected to be available.
