G2B
While the PPSR website provides efficient access to the PPSR for most users, high volume users may find that a dedicated Government to Business connection (also known as Business to Business) may be better suited to their business. The information listed below is useful for organisations that are considering establishing a Government to Business connection.
Information on the technical requirements for developing a Government to Business connection is contained in the Personal Property Securities Register Government to Business Specification. Please e-mail technical.support@g2b.govt.nz to request a copy of the specification. Please note that a G2B Confidentiality Agreement must be signed prior to being granted access to the technical specifications.

What you need to know
A Government to Business connection establishes a direct link between a client’s computer and the PPSR. The client’s software replaces the web browser as the means of transmitting raw data to and from the register. The data returned from the PPSR can be formatted and integrated directly into the client’s business systems.
Establishing a PPSR government to business connection
The PPSR Government to Business Specifications detail the technical requirements for the development of your Government to Business (G2B) system. Your software needs to meet these technical standards, in particular that it supports an HTTP connection via SSL using digital client certificates.
